"grief should NEVER be faced alone"

We all grieve a little differently, but we should never grieve alone. 

First let me say how deeply sorry I am for your loss. While you are warmly welcomed here, we wish we didn't have to invite you. This is a place where we care deeply, connect at the heart and yet wish we had never met under these circumstances.

In our Grief Series we have two programs available:

• Healing from the loss of our child.
• Healing from the loss of our spouse/partner

Here, as your grief specialist, I will guide you through a program to help you on your path through grief. I am a certified grief specialist, but more importantly, I have travelled these very same paths to a place of peace and inner healing.

In 1995, my only child, my 18-month old toddler, died suddenly and unexpectedly in his sleep of SUDC (similar to SIDS) and my world completely imploded. My husband and I grieved differently but with the same pain and devastation we began our journey to healing.  In 2006 I lost my husband and the ground beneath swallowed me up again.  

It has taken me many years, much learning, mountains of healing, and a huge sprinkle of hope to stand here today shining my light back on that dark path so others can find their footing through in a more compassionate way. That was my promise to my lost loves and that is my promise to you.

Each program 

• is delivered in a weekly format which allows time to digest the content complete, the exercises, and implement some strategies in a manner that supports not overwhelms you. 
• contains exercises that can be done to aid in the healing process.
• provides a private community where you can connect with others going through a similar journey.
• weekly group sessions to share, answer questions, coach you through obstacles, do a wellness check, and cover areas in the lesson deeper as needed.
